Video – Stability Ball/Bosu Ball Push Ups

Hey friends,

Today I have another variation of the wonderful compound exercise: the push up

In this video, you’ll notice I use both the Bosu Ball (half exercise ball) and the Stability ball. There are a couple of different ways to do this type of push ups:

  • use only the bosu ball under the shoulders
  • use the bosu ball instead of the stability under the feet – incorporates less balance
  • use the stability ball under the shoulders with feet elevated on a bench

The push up can be a great compound exercise, and as you get further and further into your training career you will need more variation to your exercise to stimulate shock and adaptations. Try some of these variants to help!
