Video – Bench Press W/Feet Up

Hey team,

This variant of the bench press is arguably the hardest of all.

In this exercise, there are a couple of things that I would suggest to watch to make sure that you can do this effectively:

  • try to maintain a 90 degree angle at the hip and knee joints
  • make sure you keep the core engaged to establish balance
  • slow down your tempo to increase control over the weight
  • lower the weight, this will be significantly harder
