This variant of the bench press is arguably the hardest of all.
In this exercise, there are a couple of things that I would suggest to watch to make sure that you can do this effectively:
- try to maintain a 90 degree angle at the hip and knee joints
- make sure you keep the core engaged to establish balance
- slow down your tempo to increase control over the weight
- lower the weight, this will be significantly harder
