Video – Regular Bench Press

4 Points of contact in a normal bench press friends:

  • Feet to the Ground
  • Butt to the Bench
  • Shoulders on the Bench
  • Head on the Bench

Pointers:

  • Do not lift hips off bench
  • Do not lift head off bench
  • Squeeze glutes through entire movement – to create trunk and core stability
  • Bring bar to just above chest – or until bar hits the chest
